Question
Four of the enshrinees in this year’s Hall of Fame class went to the same schools. Tim Brown and Jerome Bettis both attended Notre Dame, while Mick Tinglehoff and Will Shields both played at Nebraska. This is unusual. In the last 10 years, there have been only two other pairs of players enshrined the same year who played their college ball at the same school. All four played their college ball at Pitt. Who are these four players?

In 2010, Russ Grimm and Rickey Jackson were enshrined. In 2012, Chris Doleman and Curtis Martin went in together. The only other pair this century also has a Pittsburgh connection. Lynn Swann (who played for the Steelers) was enshrined in the same year as Ron Yary; they both played their college ball at Southern Cal.
