If you ordered Fantasy Football Index from Amazon.com, you are probably wondering why they haven't filled your order. Their main warehouse has been refusing our shipment for 12 days now.
Amazon placed a large order with us, and our trucker attempted delivery on June 27, in plenty of time for the June 30 on-sale date. Our trucker was told that we are not allowed to deliver product without a scheduled delivery time -- the first time we've heard that. Ever since then, we've been e-mailing their scheduling department and working through their trouble ticket system.
With no results.
As a vendor, working with Amazon can incredibly aggravating. Their support staff is based in India and does not understand or care about the seasonal nature of American football. When we've asked for the phone number of the warehouse, the offshore Amazon workers ignore our requests. Eventually a representative called us from India but did not promise to solve the problem.
